对我国农村教育公平问题的认识和思考

教育公平是教育现代化和教育民主化的一项重要内容,促进教育公平是构建社会主义和谐社会的迫切需要。农村教育是一项基础性和战略性的事业,农村教育公平影响我国城乡协调发展进程和社会主义新农村建设。改革开放以来,我国农村教育取得显著成效,但农村教育的公平化仍然很低。针对农村教育公平现状,采取积极措施,促进农村地区教育快速稳定发展,是全面发展教育面临的重大课题。

The education fairness is an important part of the modernization of education and the democratization of education,and promoting fairness in education is the urgent need for building a socialist harmonious society.Rural education is a fundamental and strategic career,rural education fairness has an impact on the urban and rural coordinated development process and a new socialist countryside construction.Since the policy of reform and opening up,China＇s rural education has achieved remarkable results,but the equalization of rural education is still low.In light of fairness for rural education status quo,taking positive measures to promote steady and fast development of education in rural areas is facing a major issue for comprehensive development of education.
