刻板印象威胁的影响因素及应对方式探究

Factors Affecting Stereotype Threat and Their Countermeasures

从刻板印象威胁的内涵出发,分析了影响刻板印象威胁的因素,并认为可以通过提供正确的观念,塑造有利的环境,丰富反刻板印象的信息以及个人方面的努力这四个方面来减弱刻板印象威胁的效应。最后,文章对刻板印象威胁的研究思路进行了展望。

The present study gives an analysis of the connotation of Stereotype Threat.It also analyzes the factors that affect the Stereotype Threat.The present study suggests that the Stereotype threat can be reduced by offering correct conceptions and abundant anti-stereotype threat information.The reduction of stereotype threat also depends on the effort of individuals and an advantageous environment.Directions of the future researches are also analyzed in present study.
