摘要
科技进步影响劳动就业的层次主要有:过程层次、工厂层次、公司层次、行业层次、地区层次、部门层次、宏观及国家层次、全球层次。科技进步影响劳动就业的内容主要有:一是科技进步对劳动市场的影响;二是科技进步对就业数量的影响;三是科技进步对就业质量的影响;四是科技进步对就业结构的影响;五是技术性失业;六是政策问题。科技进步影响劳动就业的机理:一是科技进步通过产业结构对就业产生影响;二是科技进步通过资本有机构成对就业产生影响;三是科技进步通过人力资本对就业产生影响。
the aspects in which scientific and technological progress affects employment are： process, plant, company, industry, region, sector, macro, national and global aspect. The content of the scientific and technological progress affecting employment： Firstly, the influence to the labor market; Secondly, the impact to the number of jobs; thirdly, the influence to the quality of employment; fourthly, the influence to the structure of employment; fifthly, techni- cal unemployment; sixthly, policy issue. The mechanism of scientific and technological progress affecting employment： First, the scientific and technological progress has an impact on employment by industrial structure; second, through the organic composition of capital scientific and technological progress has an impact on employment; the third place, scientific and technological progress influence employment through the human capital.
