Attention to Human Care for Spiritual Harmony

心灵和谐是构建社会主义和谐社会的精神内核,是社会和谐的重要心理基础,是劳动关系和谐的高层次的目标。实现心灵和谐要自觉选择正确的信仰,树立科学的世界观、人生观、价值观,应该融入与自然和谐、与人和社会和谐的构建之中。工会为促进职工心灵和谐,就要畅通思想信息,做职工思想的第一知情人;解决实际问题,做职工困难的第一帮扶人;加强民主监督,做职工利益的第一监督人;注重心理疏导,做职工疑虑的第一化解人;注重文化引导,做职工生活的第一关注人。

spiritual harmony is the core of building a socialist harmonious society, the important psychological basis of social harmony, and the goal of high-level labor relations harmony. To achieve spiritual harmony we should consciously choose the correct beliefs and establish a scientific world outlook, values, and integrated in the harmonious building with the nature, human and society. Trade unions play an important role in promoting workers＇ spiritual harmony. They should open up ideas and information to be the first insider to the workers＇ thoughts; solve their practical problems to be the first helping people for the difficulties of workers; strengthen democratic supervision to be the first supervisor for the workers＇ interests： focus on psychological counseling to be the first resolving workers＇ concerns; emphasize on culture guide to be the first that are concerned about the workers＇ lives.
