武威黄羊工业园循环化改造实践研究

Transformation toward circular economy of Wuwei Huangyang industrial park

产业园区是发展循环经济的重要载体,如何以企业为节点进行产业园区循环化改造,是国家发展循环经济的重点任务。基于循环经济理论的"减量化、再利用、再循环"原则,按照产业园区循环化改造可推广、可复制、可借鉴的要求,以武威黄羊工业园区为例,以其发展过程中存在的问题为依据,确定了循环化改造的主要任务,并就主导产业链进行了循环化改造,为农副产品加工园区的循环化改造提供一些借鉴。

Industrial parks are the important carriers for circular economy development. It is a key task to take enterprises as point of junction, and make a transformation toward circular economy in industrial parks. Based on the principles of circular economy, which are reduce, reuse and recycle, and the requirements of industrial parks transformation toward circular economy, which are extendable, replayable and referencable, this paper took Huangyang industrial Park as the example, raised some problems in its development, and the key tasks of transformation, and the experience in the transformation of leading chains, So as to provide some reference for other agricultural processing parks.
