中药马钱子对佐剂性关节炎大鼠血清中炎症因子的干预作用

The intervention of Semen Strychni on the inflammatory factors in the serum of AA rats

目的探讨中药马钱子对佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠血清中炎症因子的干预作用。方法将Wistar大鼠随机分为模型组、醋制马钱子组、雷公藤多苷片组和空白对照组;除空白对照组外,其余三组大鼠均以FCA于每鼠左后足趾皮内注射FCA0.1ml致炎;致炎后测定大鼠足肿度;致炎后25d测定大鼠血清IL-10、IL-23的含量。结果醋制马钱子能显著抑制大鼠足肿涨,能显著提高AA大鼠血清中抗炎因子IL-10的含量和降低致炎因子IL-23的含量。结论中药马钱子有抗AA样作用,可为临床治疗内风关提供实验依据。

Objective To explore the intervention of Semen Strychni on the inflammatory factors in the serum of AA rats. Methods Determination of rat paw swelling degree after d 17, d 21 and d 24.Determination of serum IL-10, IL-23 levels in 25 days after the proinflammatory. Results Semen Strychni can significantly inhibit the rat paw swelling, can significantly improve the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 levels in the serum of AA rats, and lower IL-23 content. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine Semen Strychni have an effect of anti-AA.
