摘要
目的探讨PR表达与子宫内膜癌组织分化程度的关系。方法利用存档蜡块作厚度为4μm的连续切片,采用sp免疫组化法检测PR。结果高分化的内膜癌患者PR阳性率为100%(10/10);中分化的内膜癌患者PR阳性率为20%(2/10);低分化的内膜癌患者PR阳性率为10%(1/10)。结论 PR在子宫内膜癌组织中的阳性表达与内膜癌的组织分化程度有关。
Objective To investigate the relation between the expression of PR and the grade in the tissue of the endometrial cancer.Methods The expression of progesterone receptor of endometrial cancer cells were detected by SP immunhistochemistry.Results The positive rate of the high grade in the tissue of endometrial cancer is 100%,the positive rate of the middle grade in the tissue of endometrial cancer is 20%,the positive rate of the low grade in the tissue of endometrial cancer is10%.Conclusion The expression of progesterone receptor of endometrial cancer cells were related to the grade in the tissue of the endometrial cancer.
