益赛普联合中药汽疗治疗强直性脊柱炎效果观察与护理

The Effect Observation and Nursing Care of Yisaipu and Chinese Medicine Steam Therapy on Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis（AS）.

目的探讨益赛普联合中药汽疗治疗强直性脊柱炎患者的临床效果与护理方法。方法将40例患者随机分为观察组30例和对照组10例，对照组采用常规的药物治疗；观察组在此基础上给予益赛普皮下注射，同时给予中药汽疗治疗。结束后对两组进行疗效评估。结果两组患者治疗总有效率比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对强直性脊柱炎患者给予益赛普联合中药汽疗治疗，同时给予精心护理，在改善患者的症状，体征，提高生活质量方面具有积极的意义。

Objective To assess the clinical efficacy and nursing methods with Yisaipu and chinese medicine steam therapy on patients with Aakylosing Spondylitis （AS）. Methods 40 patients with AS were randmly divided into an observation group （30 patients）and a control group （10 patients ）. The control group wine given routine medicine treatment, the observation group were additionally given subcutaneous injection of Yisaipu and chinese medicine steam therapy. Evaluate the curative effeetion of two groups after the treatment. Results The differences in the comparison of treatment efficiency of two proups were statistically significant（p〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Yisaipu and chinese medicine steam therapy ,at the same time with carful nursing ean improve the symptoms and signs of patients with AS, also can improve the quality of their life.
