摘要
目的研究和探讨复方岗松洗液防治宫颈癌后装治疗放射性阴道损伤的临床疗效及其安全性。方法100例宫颈癌患者随机分为对照组和治疗组．每组各50例。对照组采用常规治疗方案，即使用浓度为0．02％的高锰酸钾溶液对患者进行防治：治疗组采用复方岗松洗液对患者进行防治。比较两组患者放射性阴道损伤的发生率，以及阴道损伤程度和愈合速度。结果治疗组患者中有17例发生放射性阴道损伤．发生率为34％，其中I级为11例，Ⅱ级为6例，愈合时间为5．1±0．6周；对照组患者中有32例发生放射性阴道损伤，发生率为64％，其中I级为16例，Ⅱ级为13例，III级为2例，Ⅳ级为1例，愈合时间为6．9±0．9周。结论采用复方岗松洗液防治放射性阴道损伤的效果显著高于常规治疗方法，为今后宫颈癌后装治疗防治放射性阴道损伤提供理论依据．
Objective：To explore the effect of Compound Gangsong Lotion to prevent and treat radioactive vagina of intracavitary brachytherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer.Methods 100 cervical cancer patients were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group. The control group received conventional treatment that use the concentration of 0.02% of potassium permanganate solution for prevention and treatment of patients with cervical cancer.The treatment group received the Compound Gangsong Lotion for prevention and treatment. Compare the incidence of radioactive vagina, vagina damage degree and healing time in two group.Results In the treatment group, the incidence of radioactive vagina was 34%（17/50）, degree I radioactive vagina was 11 cases, degree II was 6 cases, and the healing time was （5.1±0.6）week. Respectively, In the eontrol group, the incidence of radioactive vagina was 64%（32/50）, degree I radioactive vagina was 16 cases, degree II was 13 cases,degree m was 2 cases, degree IV was lcase,and the healing time was （5.1±0.6）week. Conclusion ：The effect of Compound Gangsong Lotion prevent and treat radioactive vagina significantly higher than the conventional treatment in the patient with cervical cancer. It should be provide the theoretical basis for prevent and treat radioactive vagina of intracavitary brachytherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer.
