Objective this paper through the process of nursing in gynecology and obstetrics summarize in gynecology and obstetrics nude psychological pressure and responsibility, and discussed its application method. Methods based on the nurse watched carefully obstetrics and gynecology, summarized the psychological pressure and responsibility. Results the nurse in obstetrics and gynecology at the same time when under psychological pressure should be more responsible. Conclusion the nurse in obstetrics and gynecology psychological pressure under the responsibility at the same time, make the mothers in the physical, psychological, social, soul arrived on the extent of the happy
