《找矿突破战略行动纲要》是一份地质勘查工作的指导性文件,将国土资源管理工作推到了重要地位和全新的高度。笔者认为,学习领会文件精神,并以此为指导,结合本单位实际,正确研判地矿行业面临的形势,长远谋划,坚持"立足省内、拓展省外、开辟国外"的找矿战略,树立可持续发展理念,以项目、矿权、服务为重点,制定切实可行的行动计划,加快地矿事业的发展,拓宽服务领域,服务经济社会,正是顺应国家经济持续快速发展的形势的需要,也是落实找矿突破战略行动的需要。正道是:运筹帷幄,决胜千里;善之以技,战果可期。

Study and understand the essence of Outline, take it as a guide, combine with the practical status of the bureau, exactly research and evaluate the situation geological industry faces, plan on a long - term basis, persist in the prospecting strategy of ＂Keep a foothold in Henan province,expand business in other provinces and establish overseas ex- ploration bases＂, build the concept of sustainable development, focus on projects, properties and service, make feasible plans, accelerate the development of geological exploration, and broaden business fields to serve social economy.
