Antoine Roger Lokongo, a student from the Democratic RepubLic of Congo （DRC）, is studying for a Ph.D degree at the School of International Studies of Peking University. Lokongo is the secretary general for Peking University African Students Association and came to study in China on a Chinese Government scholarship in October 2009 after living in the UK.
