情感教育在高校思想政治教育工作起着至关重要的作用,高校辅导员要善于发挥意识的作用,通过创造良好的环境,真诚地对待学生、贴近学生生活并充分发挥学生组织的作用来进行情感教育,以此激励学生的行为,使学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,使得思想政治教育工作起到实效。

Emotional education is thought to be an important factor in the ideological and political education of college. By creating a good environment, treating the students sincerely, joining the circles of students and serving the purpose of the students＇ organization to the best advantage, the college counselors can activate the students＇ behavior, guide them in fostering a correct world outlook, views on fife and values so as to ensure an actual effect of the ideological and political education.
