人生规划是青少年成长过程中需要掌握的一项重要技能,学会制定合理的人生目标,科学地进行人生规划,对于青少年的健康成长具有积极的作用。本文从我国中学生人生规划教育的现状出发,分析人生规划教育对于中学生的重要意义,探讨人生规划教育的目标,并结合思想政治教育方法论阐述思想政治教育在其中发挥的重要作用。

The ability of life planning is important to the adolescents＇ growth. Learning how to make rational life goals and plan life in a scientific way is helpful. This article is based on the current situation of Chinese middle-school students＇ life planning education, analyzing the important meaning of life planning education to students, discussing the purpose of life planning education, and explaining the effect of ideological and political education in a methodology way.
