我国高校国际化人才培养路径与配套机制研究

Internationalized Talents Cultivation Path and Supporting Mechanism Research in Chinese Universities

我国高校能不能培养国际化人才,如何培养国际化人才?中国的经济发展对我国高校现行的人才素质培养提出了新的更高的要求。本文针对国际化人才的素质特征,探讨了我国高校国际化人才培养的有效路径和配套机制保障。研究指出可以通过开设国际化高等教育特区、构建国际化的学科与专业课程体系、进一步加强国际合作办学和推广国际学历学分互认等有效路径来培养国际化人才,为保障国际化人才的培养质量,应从学术交流机制、师生互访机制、项目合作机制、语言培训机制、人才使用机制等方面构建相应的配套机制。

Can our colleges and universities train international talents, and how to cultivate international talents？ China＇s economic development for our colleges and universities existing personnel quality training to new and higher requirements. In this paper, the quality characteristics of international talents, a valid path and supporting mechanism for protection of international personnel training in our colleges and universities. The study pointed out that the effective path to further strengthen international cooperation in education and promotion of international academic credits and mutual recognition through the creation of international higher education, DC, to build international disciplines and specialty course, to cultivate international talents, the quality of the training for the protection of international talents from the academic exchange mechanism, the teachers and students exchange mechanism, the project co-operation mechanisms, language training mechanism, people who use mechanism to construct the corresponding supporting mechanisms.
