论艺术类大学生养成教育的思考

Analysis on the Innovative Forms od Formal Education about College Students of Art

随着我国市场经济的逐步建立和完善,养成教育越来越受到人们的关注。当代大学生作为有较高文化素质的群体,理应在习惯养成方面成为表率和楷模,但由于多方面的因素,养成教育的现状不容乐观。通过分析艺术类大学生自身的特点,提出解决艺术类大学生相关问题即养成教育的四个方面内容:心理素质教育、礼仪安全教育、职业生涯教育、创新创业教育,并总结了养成教育的重要意义。

With the gradual establishment of market economy and its improvement, the formal education is receiving increasing attention. Contemporary, undergraduates, as a high quality cultural groups, should develop the habits to become an example or a model, but because of various factors into account, the status of formal education is not optimistic. This paper, through the analysis of the characteristics of university students, address issues related to arts education that is, the four aspects： the psychological quality of education, etiquette security education, career education, innovation and entrepreneurship education, and summed up the importance of education significance.
