对顶岗实习学生职业素养调查的反思

Reflection of the Investigation of the Post Practice Students' Professionalism

高职院校学生职业素养普遍不高,笔者认为原因有三个方面:职业教育观念的偏差,满堂灌的教育方式,实训课的局限。笔者结合实践提出提高学生职业素养的建议:由口号转为真正的训练和行动,改革教材,进行创业实践指导和素质拓展训练。

Professionalism of students in vocational colleges are generally not high, I believe that there are three reasons： the deviation of the concept of vocational education, chalk and talk teaching methods, the limitations of the practice course. I combine practice and put forward recommendations to improve the students＇ professionalism： the real training and action by the slogan to reform teaching materials, and entrepreneurial practice guidance and quality outward bound.
