师范院校英语专业教育实习现状分析及创新

Current Situation and Innovation of Normal College English Professional Education Internship

本文对高等师范院校英语专业学生实习现状进行深入研究,发现师范生实习过程中反映出的问题:实习有名无实,实习目的不明确,实践能力差,试讲时间不足等。通过调查分析本文提出了相应解决思路,包括拓宽实习渠道和实习地域范围等。为高校师范生实习状况的改善提出了相关建议,也为高校英语师范教育改革提供现实依据和启示。

This paper has made an in-depth research on the status quo of English major students＇ educational practice in normal universities. It reflects some problems in the normal students＇ practice： the practice being nominal but ineffective; the aim of practice being inexplicit; students＇ weak teaching skills; inadequancy of practicing period. After the serious analysis of those problems, this paper offers corresponding suggestions and provides foundation and inspiration for the reform of English teaching in normal universities.
