摘要
高校青年教师现代教育技术能力水平的高低影响着学校教学的发展,各高校每年都会不定期举行教师的现代教育技术能力培训,但是由于传统的培训模式与高校青年教师的需求存在一定的偏差,使得该种培训的效果并不很理想。而非正式学习因其自身的特征更适合高校青年教师教育技术能力发展。本文论述了非正式学习对提高高校青年教师现代教育技术能力的意义与实施途径,力求为高校青年教师的现代教育技术能力发展提供参考。
Young university teachers' modem educational technology capacity level of impact on the development of the tea- ching at schools, colleges and universities each year will be held from time to time teachers of modem education technical skills training, but there are some deviations due to the traditional training model and the needs of young university teachers, makingthe training effect is not very satisfactory. Informal learning for its own characteristics more suitable for young college teachers in educational technology capacity development. This article discusses the informal learning for young university teachers in the sense of modem educational technology and approaches to practice, and strive to provide a reference for the development of young university teachers of modem educational technology capabilities.
