摘要
随着市场经济的不断发展,商业模式中的市场化、人性化管理思想也逐渐渗透至高等教育中,传统的刚性管理模式严重制约了高校教师的创新性和主动性。高校教师柔性管理,是时代、社会发展提出的要求,也是高校教师自身发展的需要。本文介绍了柔性管理的涵义及高校教师实施柔性管理的必要性,并对高校教师柔性管理的模式进行了一些思考和探索。
As the continuous development of market economy, humanized management techniques are gradually penetrate into university education, university teachers' creativity and initiative are seriously restricted under the traditional management. University teachers' flexible management meet the needs of the requiremts of the times and social development as well as the development of university teachers. The article states the connotation of flexible management and the necessity of implementing flexible management on university teachers, and also makes some exploration on flexible management modes.
