The university is the important constituent of China＇s education, also our country＇s main training base of high-quality talents. In recent years, with the scientific outlook on development put forward, people pay more and more attention to the main body position. The management of college education should adhere to the people-centered, to promote the comprehensive and harmonious development. This paper discusses the people-based concept in the management of college education application, designed for China＇s future development direction of colleges and universities, construction of modem university management.
