由于生活环境、学习特点、人际交往等因素的改变,许多大学生都会产生一定的心理适应问题,其中人际关系适应是最常见的问题。本文通过对大学生人际关系适应问题产生根源进行分析,提出解决大学生人际关系适应问题的办法。

For living environment, learning characteristics, interpersonal factors changes, many students will have some psychological adjustment problems, including interpersonal adaptation is the most common problems.
