摘要
一种好的宿舍住宿模式对大学生的成长成材具有十分重要的意义,文章在分析介绍了传统住宿、住宿学院制及混合宿舍等模式的内涵、特点、优缺点的基础上,总结出住宿学院制就是在混和住宿的基础上加以改造、提升的一种新的大学生活模式,其充分体现了以人为本的教育理念。各高校应高度关注住宿学院的隐性教育功能,并将其作为课堂教学之外最有效的第二课堂,将宿舍的育人功能发挥到最大化。
