钙池操纵性钙通道与细胞增殖关系的研究进展

摘要 Ca2+是维持细胞正常生理功能的重要离子,参与细胞信息传递并调控一系列生命过程。钙池操纵性钙通道(SOCC)是细胞膜钙通道的一种。许多细胞内Ca2+主要通过SOCC机制影响正常细胞和肿瘤细胞的生长增殖。不同类型的细胞,SOCC通道相关蛋白的表达量及其相互作用存在差异,从而影响细胞内Ca2+浓度,造成细胞的增殖、凋亡和迁移等生物学功能的改变。 Calcium is very important to maintain normal physiological Junction of cells, which is involved in cell communication and regulates a range of life processes. Store-operated calcium channels ( SOCC ) is a kind of calcium channel in cell membrane. The calcium influx intracellular has effects on proliferation of both normal ceils and tumor cells through SOCC mechanism. In different kinds of ceils, the expression of proteins related to SOCC channel and the interactions among them are different, thus affects the intracellular calcium concentration, results in the changes of biolo,,ical functions such as cell proliferation, apoptosis and migration etc.
