摘要
胰腺癌为临床较常见的恶性肿瘤,早期难以发现,晚期常有周围组织、血管神经的浸润和淋巴结转移。肿瘤的发生、发展和转移与肿瘤组织内血管壁的通透性增加以及新生血管生成密切相关。血管内皮生长因子是最主要的血管生成因子,可直接作用于血管内皮细胞而增加血管通透性、促进血管内皮细胞增殖。骨桥蛋白是近年来发现的一种糖磷酸化蛋白,是一种转移相关蛋白,能够促进肿瘤组织细胞的生存、增殖和迁移,参与肿瘤组织中毛细血管床的形成,在肿瘤的发展及转移过程中发挥着重要作用。
Pancreatic cancer is a clinically common malignant tumor which is difficult to be detected at early stage and often encroach upon neighbor cells, blood vessels and nerves, even metastasize to lymphatic's at advanced stage. The increase of vasopermeability and angiogenesis plays an important role in carcinogenesis, progression and metastasis. Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) is the major factor of angiogenesis,which directly contribute to the increase of vasopermeability and the proliferation of vas- cular endothelial ceils. Osteopontin, a sugar protein phosphorylation and metastasis-associated protein, found in recent years, can promote the survival, proliferation and migration of tumor cells, and participates in the formation of capillary bed in tumor tissue, playing an important role in the development and metastasis of tumor.
