摘要 随着老龄社会的到来,股骨转子间骨折发病率日益增加。临床上多倾向于手术治疗,但手术方法、固定材料种类较多,尚存在争议。常用治疗方法中外固定支架、髓内及髓外内固定、人工关节置换等,均有其优缺点和不同程度的并发症。因此针对不同类型骨折,研究选择合适的内固定材料和治疗方法,从而降低术中、术后并发症,显得至关重要。现就股骨转子间骨折治疗及内固定材料特点予以综述。 With the arrival of the aging society, the incidence of intertrochanteric fracture is increasing. Clinical treatment of intertrochanteric fracture is inclined to surgery, but there is some controversy in different surgical methods and different types of fixation materials. The common methods of treatment are external fixation, intramedullary fixation, extramedullary fixation and artificial joint replacement, etc. , which have different advantages, disadvantages and complications of different degrees. So, it is crucial to choose the right materials of internal fixation and the treatments for different types of fractures to reduce intraoperative and postoperative complications. Here is to make a review on the studies on the treatment for intertrochanteric fractures and internal fixation materials characteristics.
