摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者常存在多平面阻塞,术前明确阻塞定位,有针对性地选择手术方式可提高预后疗效。目前临床上常用方法有传统耳鼻喉体检、上呼吸道内镜检查、影像学检查、声波反射、上呼吸道压力测定等,但这些方法均不能提供各阻塞平面完整的解剖及功能方面的信息,唯有结合它们进行综合评估才能达到准确诊断阻塞部位的目的。 Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome patients oiten present muiti-ptane occlusion, preoperative obstruction positioning and a targeted selection of treatment can improve the prognosis of efficacy. The usual clinical methods include traditional ENT examination, upper airway endoscopy, imaging, sound re- flection, and upper airway pressure measurement etc. , but all of these methods are unable to provide the complete obstructive plane anatomic and functional information, only by combining them to conduct a comprehensive assessment can accurate diagnosis of the obstructive site he achieved.
