良性前列腺增生经尿道前列腺切除术后排尿症状改变的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Changes of Voiding Symptoms after Transurethral Prostatic Resection of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的观察良性前列腺增生(BPH)经尿道前列腺切除术(TURP)后,患者排尿症状的改变情况。方法对我院2009年10月至2011年10月收治的43例BPH患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,采用国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量(QOL)评分、平均梗阻症状评分和平均刺激症状评分对两组患者的术前和术后进行评定。结果与手术前相比,术后IPSS评分、QOL评分、平均梗阻症状评分和平均刺激症状评分分别为(9±3)、(1.3±0.9)、(2.0±1.0)、(1.4±0.8)分,各项指标均有明显改善,与手术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 BPH患者TURP后排尿症状得到明显的改善,梗阻症状的改善程度高于刺激症状的改善程度。

Objective To observe the voiding symptoms changes of the benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） transurethral prostatic resection （TURP）. Methods Clinical data of 43 BPH cases from October 2009 to October 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. International prostate symptom score （IPSS）, quality of life（ QOL）, average obstruction symptom score and average irritation score were adopted to assess the pre-op- eration and post-operation situation of the patients. Results All the indexes were obviously improved than before the operation with statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）, specific scores （9 ± 3 ）, （ 1.3 ± 0.9）, （ 2.0 ±1.0）, （ 1.4 ± 0. 8 ） in the above mentioned sequence. Conclusion BPH patients voidingsymptoms after TURP have obvious improvement, obstruction symptom improvement degree higher than the irritation symptom.
