社会学视角下民族传统体育发展的社会价值与文化选择

The Social Value and Cultural Choice of National Traditional Sports Development under Sociological Perspective

民族传统体育在近一个世纪以来,一直处于被西方竞技体育挤压的状态,失去了其主体地位,面临着发展的瓶颈期。文章利用文献分析的方法对中国民族传统体育瓶颈期社会价值与文化选择进行剖析,认为民族传统体育具有重要的社会价值与文化符号价值,因此需要在发展的过程中不断融合西方体育发展模式,从自身文化背景与内涵出发,树立民族传统体育是中国民族文化重要组成部分的坚定信念,充分发挥民族传统体育的社会价值与文化内涵作用,在新时期不断发展成为具有自身特色的体育运动项目。

For a century, national traditional sport of China has always been squeezed by the com- petitive sports of the west. As a result, it has lost its subject position and is facing the develop- ment bottleneck. The thesis, by adopting the research method of literature review, analyzed the social value and cultural choice of national traditional sport during the bottleneck period. The a- nalysis indicates that the national traditional sport maintains its important social and cultural sym- bolic value. Therefore, on the basis of its cultural background and connotation, national tradi- tional sport needs to continuously integrate itself with the western model in development process, and thus to establish the conviction of people that national traditional sport is an important com- ponent of Chinese culture. Meanwhile, in giving a full play to its social value and cultural conno- tation, national traditional sport will be consistently developed into the sport with its unique fea- tures.
