对贵州山区农业机械化发展中的制约因素及对策措施探讨

Discussion on the Constrain Factors and Countermeasures During the Development of Agricultural Mechanization in Guiyang Mountainous Area

通过"十五"和"十一五"期间的数据比较,简述了"十一五"期间贵州省农机化发展取得的进展、发展现状以及农机化水平在全国所处的位置和存在的差距。对贵州在农业机械化发展中存在主要制约因素进行了分析,指出贵州农机化的发展受到包括地理条件、经济落后、农业基础设施薄弱以及观念陈旧保守等诸多因素的制约,并针对存在问题提出了合理化建议和相应的对策措施。

Through comparing the data of ＂the Tenth Five Years Plan＂ to the data of ＂the Eleventh Five Years Plan＂,the article briefly states the progress of agricultural mechanization made and the current development situation of Guizhou Province during ＂the Eleventh Five Years Plan＂,and describes what the level of agricultural mechanization we are and the gap existed between Guizhou and the country.Moreover it analyzes the factors that restrict the development of agricultural mechanization in Guizhou Province,such as Geographic conditions,undeveloped economy,week agricultural infrastructure and conservative ideas,and based on them,the article gives some reasonable advice and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures in the light of the concrete problems.
