We Need More Active Scientific Clinical Research in Catheter-based Renal Sympathetic Denervation
摘要
尽管目前可供高血压患者选择的降压药很多，但在接受规范降压治疗的患者中仍有约10％的患者血压不能达标。这类患者往往心血管并发症多、预后差。临床上称这类高血压为顽固性高血压，一般定义为：在生活方式改善的基础上规律服用3种足量的不同作用机制的降压药物，其中之一为利尿剂，但血压仍不能达标。因此，临床上一直在寻找新的治疗手段，希望能够简单、安全、有效地控制顽固性高血压。
