摘要 2011年国际无创心电学会联合日本循环协会、欧洲心脏病学会及欧洲心律失常学会,在回顾近年来微伏级T波电交替(microvolt T-wave alternans,MTWA)相关研究的基础上,发布了MTWA专家共识[1],内容包括MTWA的生理基础、测量方法及临床应用。
