摘要
随着分子免疫学和分子生物学的深入发展,炎症在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病中的作用日益受到重视。且有越来越多的研究证明局部和全身炎症贯穿于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病病变发生、发展的全过程,并在一定程度上决定着斑块的稳定性和自然进程。而细胞间黏附分子在各个阶段起到至关重要的作用。现就细胞间黏附分子与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的研究进展做一综述。
As knowledge of molecular immunology and biology increase, the role of inflammation in coronary heart disease is getting more attention. A growing body of research shows that local and systemic inflammation throughout the process of coronary heart disease that inflammation has some involvement in determining plaque stability and prognosis. Intercellular adhesion molecules play a crucial role inflam- mation. This article reviews current research in intercellular adhesion molecules and coronary heart disease.
