摘要 非ST段抬高型急性冠状动脉综合征包括不稳定型心绞痛和非ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死。非ST段抬高型急性冠状动脉综合征患者往往伴有心功能不全,严重影响患者生存质量和预后。近年来研究表明介入治疗可以使狭窄闭塞的冠状动脉再通,心肌得到再灌注,对非ST段抬高型急性冠状动脉综合征患者心功能改善有很大帮助。 Acute coronary syndrome usually occurs because of non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome ( NSTE-ACS ) , un- stable angina, or non-ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction. NSTE-ACS patients often experience heart failure. In recent years, studies have shown that intervention using artery recanalization or myocardial repeffusion can improve heart function in patients with NSTE- ACS.
