摘要 心脏神经消融是治疗迷走神经介导的缓慢型心律失常的新方法。射频消融可选择性地造成迷走神经的损伤,改良窦房结和房室结的神经支配。对于部分间歇性高度房室传导阻滞、功能性窦房结功能障碍、神经心源性晕厥等患者,有可能作为起搏器和药物治疗的替代治疗手段。 Radiofrequency catheter ablation is a new technique for management of patients with dominantly adverse parasympathetic autonomic influence. Catheter ablation may inflict the vagal innervation of the sinus and atrioventricular nodes selectively. Cardiac vagal den- ervation may prevent pacemaker implantation in some patients with functional atrioventricular block, sinus dysfunction, and neurocardiogenic syncope.
