高效液相色谱法测定复方平喘胶囊中槲皮素的含量

Determination of the content of quercetin in Fufang Pingchuan Capsule by HPLC

目的建立复方平喘胶囊中槲皮素含量的测定方法。方法采用Phenomenex DDS-C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(36∶64),检测波长为370 nm,柱温40℃,流速0.6 mL/min。结果槲皮素在0.1184～0.7104μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为97.7%,样品中槲皮素含量为7.01 mg/g。结论高效液相色谱(HPLC)法准确可靠、精密度高、重现性好,可作为复方平喘胶囊中槲皮素含量的测定方法。

Objective To establish the method on determination of the content of quercetin in Fufang Pingchuan Capsule.Methods Adopted HPLC method,chromatographic conditions were available as follows Phenomenex DDS-C18 column(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),acetonitril and 0.1% phosphoric acid(36:64) as mobile phase,detecting wavelength was 370 nm,temperature of the column was 40 ℃,the flowrate was 0.6 mL/min.Results The linear correlation of quercetin was well within 0.1184～0.7104 μg(r=0.9998).The average recovery rate was 97.7%,the content of quercetin in sample was 7.01 mg/g.Conclusion HPLC method is accurate,sensitive and reproducible,it can be used as the determination method of the content of quercetin in Fufang Pingchuan Capsule.
