摘要
针对718HL中板边部裂纹的形成机制进行研究,认为微裂纹不是轧制时产生的新裂纹,而是由于铸坯内弧横裂纹扩展形成。造成横裂缺陷的主要原因是铸坯冷却不均匀。通过保证连铸关键设备功能精度、优化二冷配水工艺以及加强保护浇铸,能够有效降低中板边裂缺陷。
The formation mechanism of edge cracks on medium plate of 718HL was studied. It's proved that the cracks are not newly developed but originated primarily from the transversal crack of the inner bow of the slab and the crack are closely related to the uneven cooling of slab. The edge cracks on medium plate can be reduced effectively by the control of accuracy of the key equipments of the continuous caster, so that secondary cooling parameters can be optimized and protective casting enhanced.
