摘要
在食盐专营体制改革势在必行的大背景下,制盐企业能否抓住机遇步入持续、健康、快速发展之路,留住关键员工至关重要。本文运用层次分析法研究了影响制盐企业关键员工离职的因素,认为薪资水平是影响关键员工离职的最重要的动因,其次顺次为:员工的工作态度、工作中的人际关系及晋升机会。在此基础上,笔者提出了相应的留住关键员工的对策和建议。
Under the background of the imperative of salt monopoly system reform, whether the sah making enterprises can seize the opportunity to get into continuous, healthy and rapid development, the keep of the key employees is quite important. Based on the AHP method, this paper analyzes the factors that influence the departure of the key staff and concludes that the pay level is the most important reason, followed sequentially: job-related attitudes, work relationships and promotion opportunities. On this basis, the authors put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to retain key employees.
