脑线粒体铁代谢紊乱与神经退行性疾病

摘要 神经退行性疾病是神经系统的一大类疾病,该类疾病的特征是神经元进行性变性甚至死亡[1],导致以人体中枢神经系统为主的损伤。神经退行性疾病主要影响患者的认知和运动功能,致残、致死率极高,给患者家庭和社会带来极大的心理和经济负担。
