摘要
采用氯化钠作为钙基蒙脱石的改性剂,实验结果表明:原料钙基蒙脱石的d001为1.5472 nm,加入4%的氯化钠溶液进行改性之后,d001转变为1.4299 nm;加入6%、8%的氯化钠溶液之后,其d001分别为1.4299nm、1.4826 nm。当氯化钠溶液的浓度升高到10%、15%,产品的d001为1.2578 nm、1.2791 nm,钠-钙离子达到了完全的交换。氯化钠改性剂的最佳加入量为10%,该种改性剂相对于传统的碱性改性剂具有一定的成本优势,有助于该产品在各个行业的进一步推广与应用。
Adopting sodium chloride as the modifier for calcium base MontmodUonite, and the results show that d001 of calcium base MontmodUonite is 1. 5472 nm. However, when adding 4% of sodium chloride solution for modification, d001 is transferred into 1. 4299 nm; while adding 6%, 8% of sodium chloride solutions later, its d001 are 1. 4299 nm, and 1. 4826 nm. When the concentration of sodium chloride solution changes to 10%, 15%, the products of d001 are 1.2578 nm, and 1. 2791 nm, sodiumcalcium ion exchanging completely. The best content of joining sodium chloride modifier is 10%. The modifier, compared with traditional alkaline modifier, has certain cost advantages, helping the products further popularization and application in each industry.
