鼻后滴漏方配合穴位敷贴治疗小儿上气道咳嗽综合征疗效观察

Effect observation of PNDS Decoction combined with application in the treatment of pediatric upper respiratory duct cough syndrome

目的:观察鼻后滴漏方配合穴位敷贴治疗小儿上气道咳嗽综合征的临床疗效。方法:将90例上气道咳嗽综合征患儿随机分为3组,每组30例。A组患儿给予鼻后滴漏方及开瑞坦糖浆抗过敏治疗,B组在鼻后滴漏方基础上予中药穴位敷贴,C组给予开瑞坦糖浆及内舒拿喷鼻治疗。5 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果:A,B,C 3组总有效率分别为80.0%,96.7%,73.3%,两两比较,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);B组总有效率优于其他2组(P<0.05)。结论:鼻后滴漏方配合穴位敷贴治疗小儿上气道咳嗽综合征疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the effect of post nasal drip syndrome （PNDS） Decoction combined with application in the treatment of pediatric upper respiratory duct cough syndrome. Methods： Randomly put 90 cases upper respiratory duct cough pediatric patients into 3 groups, 30 cases per group. Group A were treated with PNDS Decoction and Kairuitan Syrup for antiallergy, group B were treated with PNDS Decoction and point application, group C were treated with Kairuitan Syrup and Neishuna, 5 days a course, and the effects were collected after 2 course. Results： The total effective rate of A, B, C were respectively 80.0% ,96.7% ,73.3% ,and the difference between any two groups had statistic significance （ P〈0. 05 ）, and that of group B was the best （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： PNDS Decoction combined with point application can get definite effect in the treatment of pediatric upper respiratory duct cough syndrome.
