大学生职场语言表述技巧研究

无论工作还是生活,我们都需要使用语言来进行沟通。语言是人们传递思维、表达感情、交流思想的工具,语言是艺术,也是力量。语言表达能够体现人的综合能力,需要技巧。对于涉世未深、无丰富职场经验的大学生来说,培养良好的职场语言表述能力尤为必要。同一场景下,不同的语言表述会关系到求职的成败,甚至会改变一个人的职场人生。在分析语言功能及基本技巧的基础上,通过一个大学毕业生真实的求职故事,从五个方面阐述毕业生求职过程中语言表达的具体技巧,供大学毕业生借鉴参考。

Regardless of during the process of working or real life,we all need to use language to communicate.The language is a tool of passing people＇s thinking,expressing their feelings,exchanging ideas,then language is art and power.The language expression can reflect the person＇s ability which needs skill.For inexperienced college students without rich experience in the workplace,developing good workplace language and presentation skills is particularly necessary.In the same scene,different language statements related to job success or failure,or even change person＇s career life.On the basis of analyzing language features and basic skills,the article talked a true story of a university graduate acquiring the job,and described five specific language skills in the graduates searching job process and for the college graduates learning as the reference.
