试论大学生职业生涯规划的生态教育

On Eco-Education of Career Programming for College Students

大学生职业生涯规划有利于连接学校教育与职业社会,但是职业生涯规划教育仍然存在着师资力量欠缺,实践教学不足;职业生涯规划教学方式单一;教学安排不合理等问题。生态教育在职业生涯规划教育中的应用则可以给职业生涯规划教育的继续发展以指导,大学生就业生态位也相应的与生态学上的生态位的各种概念相类似或者接近,主要通过加强实践环节使学生"态"与"势"最佳搭配、改善教学方式让学生充分认识开放的职场,最终建立一个以师资队伍建设为先导、以课程体系教学为中心、多种形式加强、全方位覆盖的教育生态体系。使职业生涯规划教育更加合理与有效,对大学生自我认知、了解职场环境、确立职业目标、设立合理实现路径、积极促进就业起到积极效果。

With the rapid development of higher education in our country,career planning has been more and more emphasized in our society and colleges for its connecting functions.Yet,those existing problems,such as the lack of teachers with sufficient practical experience,the simplification of teaching methods and the inconsequence of arrangement in career programming,have gradually drawed our attention.Meanwhile,they also helped a lot to drive more consideration of eco-education.For the simplicities between the employment niche and the ecological niche,eco-education＇s participation will instruct the development of career planning education.Students can learn more about the open workplace by strengthening the practical applying and improving the teaching methods.Eventually,a comprehensive ecological system of education which consists of vibrant teachers,complete curriculum,multiplied teaching forms will be built to make the professional career education more scientific and effective.By the way,eco-education also helps students with self-awareness,employment-recognition and occupation-identification to promote the employment of college students.
