摘要
目的探讨社会技能训练对精神分裂症住院综合征患者社会功能的影响。方法将2010年8月在上海市普陀区精神卫生中心住院治疗的71例精神分裂症住院综合征患者,按随机数字法随机分为训练组和对照组。对照组按常规治疗护理和随访,训练组在此基础上实施社会技能训练。采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、住院精神患者社会功能评定量表(SSPI)作为评定指标,于入组时和入组后6个月进行测评。结果入组6个月后,训练组患者的PANSS得分为(100.13±21.09)分,低于对照组患者的(111.70±16.68)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.535,P〈0.05);训练组患者SSPI得分为(20.18±5.21)分,高于对照组患者的(17.21±5.74)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.288,P〈0.05)。结论社会技能训练能有效减轻精神分裂症住院综合征患者的症状,改善患者的社会功能,是一种行之有效的康复方法。
Objective To explore the effects of social skills training on social function of hospitalized patients with institutional syndrome schizophrenia. Methods Totals of 71 hospitalized patients with institutional syndrome schizophrenia in Putuo District Mental Hospital of Shanghai in August 2010 were selected and randomly divided into skills training group ( n = 38 ) and control group ( n = 33 ). The control group received conventional care and follow -up, while the skills training group received additional social skills training. Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) and Scale of Social function in Psychosis Inpatients (SSPI)were used to assess the patients before and after 6 months after intervention. Results After six months, PANSS score of the skills training group was ( 100.13 ±21.09) which was lower than that of the control group( 111.70 ± 16.68 ), and the difference was statistically significant ( t = 2. 535, P 〈 0.05 ) ; SSPI score of the skills training group was (20.18 ± 5.21 ) which was higher than that of the control group( 17.21 ± 5.74), and the difference was statistically significant ( t = 2. 288, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Social skills training can effectively ease syndrome of hospitalized patients with institutional syndrome schizophrenia, improve their social function. It is an effective method for patients' rehabilitation.
