摘要
研究了用电解铝液直接熔铸高性能5182铸锭的制备工艺、组织和性能。结果表明:熔炼所用电解铝液比例控制在70%左右,其余部份使用重熔铝锭、中间合金、一二级相关舍金废料,装炉顺序为先固体料后电解铝液;采用无Na粉状除渣剂对铝熔体进行预处理,然后采用N2—10%Cl2混合气体在铝液中喷雾精炼;在线处理用Ar气+DDF旋转除气,管式过滤+陶瓷板双重过滤;采用上述优化工艺熔铸的大扁锭,其组织、性能和质量能得到保证,同时可获得尽可能大的经济效益和环境效益。
To study the preparation technology, organize and mechanical property of high performance 5182 ingot directly melt--casted with electrolytic aluminium liquid. Results: Remelting aluminuim ingot, masteralloy, and the related alloyed scraps were used in this smelting with the ratio of the electrolytic aluminium solution maintained at about 70%. Solid material was shove--charged followed by shove charge of electrolytic aluminium solution. Na ion--free powered cleaner agent was used for pretreatment of the aluminum melt, then the gas mixture of N2--10%Cl2 was added to the aluminium solution for atomizing refinement. On--line treatment was performed by DDF rotation degassing with the use of Ar gas plus tubular filtration and ceramic plate double filtration. Prepared in the above optimized melting process, large slab ingot with satisfactory organize, property and quality and maximized economical and economical benefits are available.
