摘要 目的 探讨临床医学专业本科生综合素质评价体系.方法 根据医学本科生综合素质评价体系的设置原则、医学本科生培养计划和大学生手册等资料,应用层次分析法构建了临床医学专业本科生综合素质评价体系,该体系由思想道德素质、文化素质、身心素质和创新素质4个部分组成,并确定了每个部分具体的评价指标.结果 确定了临床医学专业本科生综合素质评价体系中4个部分的权重及每个部分所包含具体指标的权重,实证分析结果表明临床医学专业本科生综合素质评价体系能够判断不同学生综合素质的差别.结论 临床医学专业本科生综合素质评价体系具有科学性和实用性. Objective To explore the comprehensive quality evaluation system for undergraduates in clinical medicine specialty. Methods According to the setting principles of comprehensive quality evaluation system for medical undergraduates, the medical undergraduate's cultivation plan, the college students manual and so on, a comprehensive quality evaluation system for undergraduates in clinical medicine specialty consisted of four parts, including moral quality, cultural quality, physical and mental quality and creative quality was established, and concrete evaluation indexes of every one of the four parts were determined on analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Results Weights of the four parts and weights of the concrete indexes in the comprehen- sive quality evaluation system for undergraduates in clinical medicine specialty were determined. Empirical analysis showed that the comprehensive quality evaluation system for undergraduates in clinical medicine specialty could judge the differences of the comprehensive quality of different medical undergraduates. Conclusion Conclusion The comprehensive quality evaluation sys- tem for undergraduates in clinical medicine specialty has scientific character and practicability.
