摘要
探究加热炉各区段温度波动大的原因,主要通过加热优化系统改变比例系数KP、积分时间KI,来动态地稳定PID加热控制器,从而解决加热炉温度在短时间内的较大波动。
After researching the reason of furnace temperature deviation for different heating control zones, we use the optimized system to adjust the proportional coefficient KP and integral coefficient KI to stabilize dynamically the zone's temperature PID controller, thus to reduce the furnace temperature deviation.
