山西省区域创新体系构建的新路径思考:基于资源经济转型视角

Reflections on the New Route of Regional Innovation in Shanxi ProvinceBased on the Perspective of Resource Economy Transformation

借鉴区域创新体系理论,基于资源经济转型视角,结合山西省科技发展战略,提出从组建产业技术战略联盟、编制产业技术路线图、促进工业遗产旅游等几个方面,构建具有山西省特色的区域创新体系,以期进一步推动未来山西省转型跨越发展。

Based on the theory of regional innovation, the transformation of resource economy and the development strategies of science and technology in Shanxi, the paper proposes a system of regional innovation based on the characteristics of Shanxi from the construction of the strategic union of industrial technology, making of the route map of industrial technology and promotion of the tourism of industrial heritages, hoping to promote the transformational and leap-frog development of Shanxi.
