某水箱盖注塑成型数值模拟

摘要 通过对某水箱盖注塑成型过程的分析,应用正交试验法研究了保压时间,保压压力,熔体温度,冷却时间,注射时间,模具温度等工艺条件,应用PRO/E软件建立了三维模型。用Moldflow/MPI软件对其进行模拟,得到不同参数对翘曲量的影响规律,确定了影响翘曲变形的最主要因素为保压时间,其次是熔体温度。此外,进行单变量分析,分别分析了保压压力、保压时间、熔体温度对变形量的影响。综合两项分析,得出一组使注塑件翘曲变形量最小的工艺参数。 The main content of this article is an analysis of the injection molding process of the radiator caps, building a realistic three-dimensional model with PRO/E software. Moldflow/MPI software is used in the simulation to get the parameters of the molding process and the cooling process. The article analyzeol the simulation results of warpage under various conditions by orthogonal test method which obtained the different parameters on the warpage of the law and identified the most important factor affecting the automobile radiator caps warpage is the holding time, followed by melt temperature. In addition, analysis of single variable tests was carried out, respectively, of the packing pressure, packing time, melt temperature effect on deformation. Comprehensive analysis of the two obtained a quantity of injection molding warp to the minimum of process parameters.
