摘要
介绍了应力和强度服从正态分布的可靠度的计算方法,以及材料性能和设计参数的统计处理方法。以ITER杜瓦的顶盖和顶盖与上环体的连接区域为研究对象,假定各随机输入变量服从正态分布,利用蒙特卡罗法对静载荷下杜瓦的可靠性进行了研究,并找出了对杜瓦可靠性影响较大的因素。
Firstly the reliability calculation method of stress and strength is introduced based on normal distribution as well as the statistical approach of material properties and design parameters. Then the area of cryostat's top lid and the connection region between top lid and up cylinder are researched under the assumption that all the random input variables follow normal distribution. Monte Carlo method is used to research the reliability under static load. Finally the significant effect factors on the reliability of eryostat are found out.
